Therefore, let us not ask if we will have trouble, but let us remember that in all trouble, God is with us. Let us not ask for the removal of hardship, but for the strength to endure, knowing that God’s purpose is being fulfilled.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the profound truth of Romans 8:31. Help me to grasp the depth of your ‘for us.’ When fear and doubt assail me, remind me of your unwavering presence. When I face opposition, give me the courage to stand firm in your strength. Help me to see the battles not just as external trials, but as opportunities to experience your transforming power.
