In Abundance…

Today, let’s dive deep into the boundless ocean of God’s mercy, peace, and love and discover the abundance He has for you.

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.  Jude 1:2

Three gifts from our Father’s heart: mercy, peace, and love—in abundance. When Jude penned these words, he wasn’t just writing a greeting. He was unveiling the heartbeat of God Himself.

Why these three? Because they touch the deepest places in us. The place that needs mercy when we’ve fallen short. The place that longs for peace when life feels overwhelming. The place that hungers for love that won’t disappear when we’re less than perfect.

And look how God responds to these needs. Not with a careful measure, checking to see if we deserve more. Not with a temporary fix until we stumble again. But with abundance—endless waves of mercy that go deeper than our regrets, peace that reaches further than our fears, love that fills places we didn’t even know were empty.

This is our Father’s heart—delighting in giving until our cups overflow, watching with joy as we discover just how generous He is. Today, let this truth settle deep: you’re blessed with abundance, not because you earned it, but simply because you’re His.

Dear Father, my heart is overwhelmed by Your incredible gifts—mercy that meets me in my failures, peace that calms my storms, and love that never lets me go. Thank You for not holding back, for pouring them out in abundance. I admit I sometimes forget just how generous You are. Forgive me for trying to earn what You’ve already given so freely. Today, I open my hands and heart to You. Fill me until I overflow, not just for my sake, but so that Your goodness spills out to everyone around me. I need You, Father. Thank You for loving me like this. In Jesus’ name, Amen

God’s mercy is so great that you may sooner drain the sea of its water, or deprive the sun of its light, or make space too narrow, then diminish the great mercy of God.

Walk daily with God at your side!

Love always,

Ed 🙏🏼
