Pull Back The Curtain…

As you open your eyes to a new day, take a deep breath and feel the promises of God surrounding you. There’s something incredibly comforting and exciting about knowing that God has great plans for you—plans so extraordinary that you can’t even begin to comprehend them.

What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived — the things God has prepared for those who love him.
1 Corinthians 2:9

This verse pulls back the curtain on the extraordinary depth of God’s love for us. It tells us that the most wonderful, most beautiful, and most unimaginable blessings are what God has in store for us. These are not just idle promises but divine assurances from the Creator who knows us intimately and loves us unconditionally.

In our daily lives, it’s easy to get caught up in the immediate, the tangible, and the seen. Yet, 1 Corinthians 2:9 invites us to lift our eyes higher, to stretch our imagination further, and to trust in the unseen. God’s plans for us are beyond anything we can perceive with our senses or conceive in our minds. This isn’t just about the blessings in the afterlife but also about the ways He moves in our lives here and now.

Let this verse be a reminder to trust in God’s goodness and His timing. When we bring our hopes and prayers before Him, let’s do so with the faith that He is working things out in ways we can’t even begin to fathom. This isn’t a call to passive waiting but an invitation to active faith — believing in God’s promises, following His lead, and living in a way that reflects our love for Him.

Dear Lord, thank You for the boundless wonders You’ve promised, as revealed in Your word. Today, I ask for a heart wide open to the myriad ways You work in my life, ready to embrace both the seen and the unseen blessings. Fortify my faith, Lord, so I might fully trust in Your perfect plans, even those beyond my comprehension. Instill in me a deeper love for You, fueled by the awe of Your limitless grace and mercy. May my spirit be attuned to Your presence, eager to witness the extraordinary unfold in the ordinary moments of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe.

Walk daily with God at your side!

Love always

Ed 🙏🏼
